What is the minimum order quantity for wholesale pricing?

We do not enforce rigid minimum order amounts. You can purchase single units to test sample quality, or order full carton lots (typically 20 to 50 pieces per master carton) to unlock up to 60% bulk wholesale discounts.

How quickly are orders dispatched from your warehouse?

Orders placed before 2:00 PM on business days are dispatched the same day or within 24 to 48 hours. We partner with tier-1 logistics couriers including Bluedart, Delhivery, and DTDC. Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your postal pin code.

Do you provide GST invoices for input tax credit (ITC)?

Yes. All registered businesses can provide their GSTIN during checkout or share it with our support desk on WhatsApp. We generate formal B2B tax invoices enabling 100% input tax credit claiming.

How does Cash on Delivery (COD) verification work?

COD is available across all serviceable Indian pin codes. For COD orders, our system sends an automated WhatsApp message or phone call to verify the delivery address prior to handover to courier partners, ensuring zero delivery friction.

What is your policy if an item arrives damaged or broken?

We take extreme care in multi-layer bubble wrapping and heavy-gauge corrugated packaging. If a delicate item arrives damaged, simply record an unboxing video as proof and share it with our WhatsApp desk within 48 hours of delivery. We will issue an immediate replacement or full refund.

Can I request custom gift packing or corporate branding?
